Das Keimen hat also zur Folge, dass der Pflanze bzw. dem Konsumenten gekeimter Nahrungsmittel mehr Lebensenergie in Form von Enzymen und Mineralstoffen zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Ich pers\u00f6nlich behaupte, dass das nicht nur wissenschaftlich interessant ist, sondern dass ich das auch schmecke und &#8218;merke&#8216;. Die hier aufgef\u00fchrten Lebensmittel sind allesamt angekeimt bzw. angesprosst.<br \/>\nAufgrund der durch das Keimen deaktivierten Phytins\u00e4ure wird aus einem zuvor s\u00e4uernden Vollkorngetreide auf einmal ein basisches Lebensmittel. Ebenfalls verringert sich beim Keimen der Anteil weiterer &#8218;Anti-N\u00e4hrstoffe&#8216;, der Lektine. Dies gekeimten Lebensmittel in meinem Shop sind also insbesondere geeignet f\u00fcr Dich, wenn Du das Maximum an N\u00e4hrstoffen und Verdaulichkeit einer basen\u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Ern\u00e4hrung genie\u00dfen m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n<p>Ja, das ist etwas teurer, denn der Keimungsprozess muss nun einmal von Menschen \u00fcberwacht werden und dauert ein paar Tage, anschlie\u00dfend werden die Lebensmittel dann noch schonend getrocknet &#8211; und das kostet eben etwas mehr. Falls Du es Dir leisten kannst, dann empfehle ich Dir allerdings zumindest, z.B. eines der M\u00fcslis auszuprobieren, die Du als Grundlage f\u00fcr ein leckeres Porridge verwenden kannst. Du bekommst damit entweder statt Smoothie oder als Zutat f\u00fcr Deinen Smoothie reichlich <strong>wasserl\u00f6sliche B-Vitamine<\/strong> und <strong>Vitamin C<\/strong>, die der K\u00f6rper kaum speichern kann und deswegen bestenfalls t\u00e4glich bekommt. Aber das ist ja nur der Anfang: <strong>Antioxidantien<\/strong> aus Traubenkernextrakt (OPC), <strong>Coenzym Q10<\/strong>, <strong>Mariendistelsamenextrakt<\/strong> ist super f\u00fcr die <strong>Leber<\/strong>, <strong>Brennessel<\/strong> f\u00fcr die <strong>Nieren<\/strong>, <strong>Vitalpilze Reishi<\/strong>, <strong>Cordyceps<\/strong> und <strong>Shiitake<\/strong> sowie <strong>S\u00fc\u00dfholzwurzel<\/strong> bringen Dein <strong>Immunsystem<\/strong> auf Trab, ein paar <strong>Darmbakterien<\/strong> sind auch dabei (wenn sie sich an der Magens\u00e4ure vorbeimogeln), genau so wie <strong>Enzyme<\/strong> aus Papaya (Papain) und Ananas (Bromelain) und<strong> reichlich Mineralstoffe<\/strong>. Manche enthalten <strong>Soja,<\/strong> so wie dieses hier.<br \/>\nEs zeichnet sich durch seinen recht kr\u00e4ftigen <strong>Schokoladengeschmack<\/strong> aus. <strong>30g in z.B. 250 ml Wasser.<\/strong> Ich nehme oft Kokosmilch mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnt, etwas mehr von dem Pulver und mache mir zusammen mit ein paar <a href=\"https:\/\/pieceofcake.coach\/gesundheitsshop\/produkte\/bio-chia-samen\">Chiasamen<\/a> einen sch\u00f6nen dicken Shake im Mixer. Statt Abendessen und besonders gern wenn ich vorher trainiert habe. Funktioniert auch gut mit Mandelmilch oder Hafermilch.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Inhaltsstoffe sind <strong>vegan, glutenfrei und non gmo<\/strong> (ohne genver\u00e4nderte Produkte). Durch Fermentation gewonnenes Protein aus gesprossten Samen. Hergestellt in Deutschland.<\/p>\n<p>Inhalt: 600g Pulver<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die neue Version dieses Produktes enth\u00e4lt nun Sucralose, einen S\u00fc\u00dfstoff, der im Verdacht steht, eine negative Auswirkung auf das Darmmikrobiom zu haben. Bei genauem Hinschauen auf die entsprechende Forschung dazu, ist meine Meinung, dass das ein m\u00f6glicher aber sehr unwahrscheinlicher Effekt ist. Falls Du Dir an der Stelle unsicher bist oder eventuell bereits eine angeschlagene Darmgesundheit hast, kannst Du auf Nummer sicher gehen und auf dieses Produkt verzichten.
